How do I install Dial-Up Networking in Win 95/98?
To install the Dial-Up Networking component in Windows 95
or 98, do the following:
Double-click
My Computer.

Double-click
Control Panel.

Double-click
Add/Remove Programs.

Click
the Windows Setup tab.
Click
to check Communications. Click OK.
Be
sure the Windows CD is in the drive, and/or the correct installation folder
is selected. If you are prompted to select a drive or folder, select the
location of the Windows cabinet files (*.CAB).

After
the system is finished copying files, you will be prompted to restart the
computer. Click Yes. The system will restart, initializing the Dial-Up
Networking components, and a new connection may be created.
